Test prices and discounts
All test prices have been made by mindovermetal Ltd and not any of the laboratories. The cost of tests will vary and will be dependent on the individual test procedure and process. Some test prices will be higher than others due to the complexity of the test and what is involved. Test prices can not be changed upon request. Mindovermetal will only offer discounts to clients who have waited for an extended time (beyond the test result waiting period) to receive their results; this arrangement will be subject to the circumstances in which why the delay has occurred. Test prices may change at mindovermetal Ltd's discretion in the future.
Test orders and postage
All test orders apart from downloadable orders and MaxGen Laboratory tests are sent through to the laboratories so that they can be processed and for the test kits to be sent out to the patients. It is mindovermetal Ltd’s responsibility to send the test order receipts to the laboratories. Any lost receipts are the responsibility of mindovermetal Ltd and not the laboratories. MaxGen laboratory test kits will be sent out via mindovermetal Ltd, it is mindovermetal Ltd's responsibility for any lost or damaged and faulty MaxGen test kits. Any test orders from patients outside of the United Kingdom will include a £8 postal charge except for the hair mineral test and the MTHFR/COMT gene tests which are downloadable products only and do not require test kits to be sent out. Mindovermetal Ltd cannot be held accountable for any errors or damaged or faulty test kits sent from the laboratories.
Treatment programmes and recommended products
If you test positive for any of the health issues which you been tested for then you will receive the relevant treatment programme at no extra cost to the price of the test/s. Mindovermetal Ltd can not give any treatment programmes to those who have tested negative or have not yet done any form of testing. The treatment programmes include dietary, lifestyle, supplement and detoxification advice for certain biochemical, metabolic and physiological issues. You do not have to follow the advice given in the treatment programmes; it is up to you wherever or not you undergo any diet, detox, lifestyle or supplement regime. Mindovermetal Ltd cannot be held accountable for any personal injury, damages, health issues or medical issues which are believed to have been caused by following the advice within any of the treatment programmes.
Mindovermetal Ltd cannot be held accountable for any supplement misuse or adverse reactions from the supplements recommended in the treatment programmes. The recommended supplements in the treatment programmes are legal, safe, non-toxic and drug-free products which can only be harmful when doses are above the recommended daily allowance or taken for an extended time if they are not supposed to be.

Biological Testing Services: For all test orders and test kits for Biological Testing Services there can only be orders made within Europe and not anywhere outside of this continent. There are no countries in Europe which are restricted from ordering any of the Biological Testing Service's tests. Any purchases for Biological Testing Service's tests made outside of Europe will be refunded and the customer will be informed.
