- Laboratory: Mosaic Diagnostics via Viva Health Laboratories.
- Test kit delivery: The test kit is dispatched by Viva Health Laboratories. Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery is provided free of charge for UK customers. For customers outside of the UK, the delivery fee is £30 including tracking.
- Sample required: First urine passed of the day (mid-stream sample).
- Returning the sample: The sample is sent to Viva Health Laboratories (UK). Viva Health Laboratories will then send the sample to Mosaic Diagnostics (USA) via expedited shipping free of charge. A Royal Mail 24 hour tracked return service is provided free of charge for UK customers. For customers outside of the UK, there is no return courier service provided by the laboratory. The laboratory will provide the documents required for exporting biological samples to the UK. Most couriers can be used to export biological samples to the UK.
- Result turnaround time: 14 working days from the day the sample reaches Viva Health Laboratories.
- Practitioner support and treatment advice: Practitioner support and treatment advice are included with the test price if required. Communication is provided via email, phone or WhatsApp.
